AI MindRoom is a thinking aid that helps you pressure-test a decision. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or any other kind of advice.
The output comes from third-party AI you choose (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). It can be wrong. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them.
Use it if you're 18 or older, use it lawfully, and understand it's provided "as is."
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DataLabs Partners LLC ("we," "us," "our"), governing your use of the AI MindRoom website and Builder tool at aimindroom.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1What AI MindRoom is
AI MindRoom is a tool that generates a text document (an "Advisor Pack") designed to help you get more structured, more challenging responses from a separate, third-party AI assistant you already use. The Builder runs in your browser and produces the Pack for you to copy and paste elsewhere. AI MindRoom is a framework for thinking: a way to prompt an AI to question your reasoning rather than simply agree with it.
AI MindRoom is not advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, tax, safety, or other professional advice, and nothing it produces should be treated as such. It is a tool for structuring your own thinking.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and their outcomes. The Service, and the third-party AI you use it with, can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or simply wrong. Always apply your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for decisions that call for one (legal, financial, medical, and similar matters).
2The Service depends on third-party AI you control
AI MindRoom does not include or provide an AI model. To use an Advisor Pack, you paste it into a third-party AI service such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), or Gemini (Google). Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing and following. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, or behavior of those services, or for what happens to information you submit to them.
3Who may use the Service
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
4Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose, or to plan or facilitate anything harmful, dangerous, or illegal;
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer for misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Use it to produce or promote content that is harmful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others;
- Misrepresent the Service's output as professional advice to others.
5Your content
The brief, context, and Advisor Packs you create with the Builder are yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, we don't collect or store them. They stay in your browser. You are responsible for what you choose to enter into the Builder and into any third-party AI.
6Our intellectual property
The Service itself, including the Builder software, the AI MindRoom name and branding, the underlying protocol and its structure, the advisor library, page designs, and text, is owned by DataLabs Partners LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Service and to use the Advisor Packs you generate for your own decision-making. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from the Service or its underlying materials without our written permission.
7No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITED TO YOUR PURPOSE.
8Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATALABS PARTNERS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE OR ACTION YOU TAKE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY AI, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataLabs Partners LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
